Rosemarie received her Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University in 1994, where she majored in Spanish, having spent two years abroad: 2 semesters at the Universidad del País Vasco in San Sebastián, Spain, and 2 semesters as a Rotary International Scholar at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Quito, Ecuador. Rosemarie also received a minor in English and is certified in Idaho to teach Kindergarten through Grade 12 in both English and Spanish.
In 2003, Rosemarie graduated from Boise State University, after obtaining a Master's of Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis in Applied Linguistics in Bilingual Education and English as a Second Language.
